Orders will ship next business day or within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Please note that processing times may vary slightly during holidays, weekends, sales, or high-volume periods.


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information through the email or phone number provided at checkout.


Fine By Nature is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been shipped. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order, as we are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


No Return or Exchange Policy


All sales are final.


Due to the nature of our products and limited inventory, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.


Please be sure to carefully review all product details, sizing information, colors, and shipping information before completing your purchase.


We are not responsible for items that do not fit as expected, so please refer to the size guide and product description before ordering.


Damaged or Incorrect Items


If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.


After 48 hours, we may not be able to resolve the issue.


Approved claims for damaged or incorrect items will be handled at our discretion.


Lost or Stolen Packages


Fine By Nature is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows the package has been delivered.


If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
